"I use to be firmly in the "Hey for $15.00 get a fishing rod case" camp. I still believe that a fishing rod case is fairly good protection for what it costs, but I recently received my first-ever cases from the Oregon Flute Store and am I ever impressed! I will be giving away my fishing rod cases!!!! I bought several cases of which a number required special custom sizing. Jeff was patient and helpful in guiding me through the necessary measurements and explaining various options. I opted for the full Pendleton coverings and found them to be incredibly visually pleasing. The handles and shoulder harnesses are comfortable and well stitched...... I am not aware of any other product that I would prefer to provide "hardshell" protection for my flutes."

I would also like to let you know that your efforts in packaging make a difference. When I received the box, it had been partially crushed and the styrofoam peanuts were falling out of what was left of the box's endflap. I was expecting a disaster. However...due to the care that was shown when the flute was packaged, it was actually unharmed. With this type of customer service, I feel it would be foolish to look any place else for my flutemaking supplies. I received the Eastern Lights and Spirit of Oregon flutes in good shape. Trying to choose which I like best between them is like choosing a favorite child ... I don't think it can be done. But unlike children, they should be seen and DEFINITELY heard. The only drawback is trying to decide where to display them !

My new Nest flute pack is beautiful and it arrived right on time, 10/16/09.
I got home from work and my son and his family were waiting to take me to dinner for my Birthday and here was this large package that they wanted to know about.
I told them it was a birthday present that was ordered in August, to be shipped for my Birthday. They said nobody can get a birthday present shipped to arrive "exactly" on the day you want it from out of state. I told them they just didn't know, nor understand the Family Attitude that goes along with the business of the Oregon Flute Store. That you all go that extra mile to "Make it So" in these sorts of cases. It was great getting my nest on time and to be able to brag up the Oregon Flute Store and your "perfect" delivery timing.

I received my Eagle One case and absolutely love it. Very stylish and provides excellent protection. I was recently at the 2017 National Boy Scout Jamboree and had my flute with me. Lots of complements on the case and inquiries as to where I got it. Thanks again for a great case that looks as great as it protects.
